How company pages get indexed
A company page enters the sitemap after one published review. Category rankings and compare pairs need three. Schema.org AggregateRating is omitted until a real review exists. Fake ratings are never seeded.
Search engines discover Ranqa through https://ranqa.me/sitemap.xml. Company and product URLs are included only when reviewCount is at least one. Zero-review stubs can exist for claiming and first ratings, but they are not sitemap inventory and omit AggregateRating — the 2.0 display value is not a customer score.
Category hubs and /compare/{a}/{b} require at least three published reviews per ranked company (same category for compare). Until then the hub shows emerging copy, not a paid ranking. Authentic volume comes from organic reviews, fair invites, or a Trustpilot Business CSV the merchant owns — never copied or invented text.
Merchants speed this up by claiming the page, inviting real customers, importing their own CSV, and embedding a widget so the store links back. Example with reviews: https://ranqa.me/tigoo.com. Methodology: https://ranqa.me/score.
FAQ
- Can we publish placeholder reviews to rank faster?
- No. Fabricated reviews are prohibited. Import merchant-owned Trustpilot exports or send invites to actual customers.
- When does a Swedish shop show in category rankings?
- After three published company reviews in that category. One review is enough for the company URL to appear in the sitemap.
