Fair review invites: thank for reviewing, never for stars
You may thank every reviewer with the same gift or discount regardless of stars. You may not pay for 5-star ratings or invite only happy customers.
Selective invites to satisfied customers only are prohibited. If you send invites, send them across outcomes — deliveries that went well and ones that did not — so RanqaScore stays credible.
A fair thank-you is the same for 1★ and 5★: gift card, discount code, or loyalty points disclosed on the invite. That increases volume from quiet customers without skewing the star mix.
Badge labels still apply: Organic, Invited, or Verified customer when order proof is present. Policy details live on /moderation and /verify.
